Who We Are

We are a slot game studio, that specialises in developing innovative, bespoke and fantastically creative online casino games. Our homebase is in Montreal but our Pear people stem from every corner of the globe. PearFiction is on a soaring journey of generating buzz and excitement within the online gaming industry. Our wonderful games are fast becoming well-known for having great graphics, beautiful production and engaging features. From concepts to gameplay, math models, art, design and animations, themes, music, sound effects and game development, we do it all in-house, and we do it all ‘pearfectly’.

Our story

2022 – GAMES GLOBAL

After Games Global completed the successful purchase of certain assets from Microgaming, PearFiction is now releasing content on the new Games Global platform on an exclusive basis.

2021 – CHICAGO GOLD

In February 2021, PearFiction released its first game exclusively on the Microgaming platform. Chicago Gold was a 1920’s mafia themed slot that showcased a new artistic and creative direction for the studio. The game was a huge success and one of the top performing debut games on the Microgaming platform.

2018 – Gustavo El Luchador

In Q1 2018, PearFiction Studios is planning to launch its first game Gustavo El Luchador on the Leander Platform.

2017 – Leander Exclusive Games

PearFiction Studios signed a four game exclusive agreement with Leander to host Gustavo El Luchador, Outerspace Invaders, FishNChips, and PugsLife on the Leander platform.

2017 – RNG:Foundry Exclusive Games

PearFiction entered an exclusive game development and distribution agreement with RNG Foundry Limited, to design and integrate games to Microgaming’s Quickfire platform.

2016 – Online Casino Games

In 2016, PearFiction Studios took a leap of faith and switched focus from mobile games to real money games (RMGs). We started to build our first real money slot machine and a new HTML5/JavaScript game framework designed to accommodate mobile devices and desktop playability and scalability.

2015 – Social Casino Games

In December of 2015, PearFiction Studios released PowerUp Slots, our first stab at testing our novel gameplay theories and improving the social slot machine experience. The game reached the #5 spot in the casino category of the US iTunes store on December 26th.

2014 – The Startup

When PearFiction Studios was founded back in 2014, our focus was to develop casual mobile games for iOS and Android devices. We originally published around a dozen small to mid-sized casual games and entertained over 5 million players during our first two years of operations.
